The mission of the Walterboro-Colleton Chamber of Commerce is to promote balanced economic growth and business opportunities in harmony with the objectives of the community and to provide its members with resources and support to help their businesses prosper.

To achieve its mission, the Walterboro-Colleton Chamber of Commerce will:

1. Participate as an active voice in matters of community and economic development that will impact on commerce and industry to ensure a vibrant economic climate;

2. Provide services, programs and information to tis membership for the enhancement of their economic interests;

3. Act as an advocate for its membership in governmental and community affairs; and

4. Serve as an information center for the community.
